Matrix Connexion has officially launched TechConnectED, a pioneering initiative aimed at closing the digital divide for underserved students in Malaysia. In collaboration with UNICEF, Yayasan Chow Kit (YCK), Taylor’s University, and Google for Education, the program delivers digital access, tools, and future-ready skills to marginalized youth.
The inaugural event took place on May 23, 2024 at YCK’s KL Krash Pad, where MatrixC distributed 30 Chromebooks and introduced students to the Projek Sekolah Dunia platform. This UNICEF-led platform provides interactive digital learning content focused on future skills like coding, robotics, digital design, and IoT.
