About MatrixC

From business problem to working solution.

MatrixC brings business advice, architecture and engineering together with implementation, adoption, training and support. We work with your team to understand the problem, shape the solution and make it usable in everyday work.

Our work spans collaboration, cloud infrastructure, data and applied AI. The technology and scope follow your operating needs: the systems you already have, the information people need, and the work they are trying to complete.

Understand the work. Connect the expertise.

A slow handover may involve the process, the platform and the way people use it. We bring those parts into the same conversation, then agree the work your engagement needs.

Our collaboration tools need to work better together.Workplace advice, implementation and adoption

Review the way people communicate, share information and handle recurring work. We help scope the platform setup, migration, workflow design and training needed for a more usable workplace.

Our team needs to put AI learning into practice.Applied AI and Academy

Use practical workshops and implementation support to work through relevant tasks. Identify the source material, review steps and working habits your team needs before expanding the use case.

We need a clearer plan for our cloud environment.Cloud architecture, engineering and support

Start with the application, data, availability and recovery requirements. Discuss architecture, migration, configuration, testing and ongoing support as an agreed scope, including the responsibilities your own team will retain.

Explore cloud infrastructure services
Our business information is scattered across too many places.Data, knowledge and workflow development

Identify the information a task depends on, where it comes from and who should have access. Discuss the data preparation, connections and review process needed before choosing a reporting or AI workflow.

Explore our STAX approach

Choose the technology around the job.

Our technology portfolio gives us options when designing the solution. We consider the fit with your existing systems, access requirements, budget and ability to adopt and support it.

For collaboration, our work includes Google Workspace and Lark. For cloud infrastructure, we work with Google Cloud and Alibaba Cloud. Backup and recovery discussions can include Spanning Backup for Google Workspace.

AI and data work may involve Gemini Enterprise, STAX or a scoped workflow using the tools already in your business. Product editions, connections, service responsibilities and support are confirmed for the proposed engagement.

Make the scope clear, from advice to adoption.

Use these stages to discuss a proposed engagement. Agree the architecture and implementation work, the responsibilities, the acceptance checks and the support your team needs.

Understand the business problem

Bring a recurring task, a slow handover or a problem with your current systems. Identify the people, information and operating constraints involved.

Design the approach

Discuss the architecture, platform choices, data and access needs. Agree what is included, who is responsible and how the result will be assessed.

Engineer and implement

Scope the configuration, integration or build work and the tests relevant to the workflow. Include migration and user acceptance where they apply.

Adopt, train and support

Plan the training, handover and support your team needs. Ongoing support and further improvements follow the arrangement agreed for your project.

Built in our own business. Developed for wider use.

We encounter operational problems inside MatrixC too: finding the right company information, reviewing cloud environments and keeping customer conversations moving. We created STAX, AuditGlance and Prospectly around these kinds of work. We use them internally and are developing them for wider use.

These products are at different points of development and customer access. Explore the current routes below, then discuss the scope, setup and support that fit your organisation.

STAX

Public advisor and assessments; deployments scoped individually.
The operational problem
Company knowledge is spread across documents, spreadsheets and people. A useful answer needs the right source and a reviewed next step.
What we built
An organisation AI workspace connecting a knowledge layer with questions and proposed actions for human review.
How we use it
We use STAX within MatrixC for our own knowledge and AI work while continuing to develop it for wider use.
What you can access today
The public STAX advisor and assessments can be explored today. A customer deployment is scoped around knowledge sources, access, connections and the hosting arrangement.

AuditGlance

GCP free entry; Workspace product/demo enquiry; plan-specific setup and scope.
The operational problem
Cloud review work needs a clear view of resources and findings so a team can decide what requires attention.
What we built
Review tools for Google Cloud and Google Workspace, with separate products for their different environments.
How we use it
We use AuditGlance within MatrixC for cloud review work as we develop the products for wider use.
What you can access today
GCP AuditGlance has a public free-entry route. The Workspace offering has product information and a demo-enquiry route. Available findings, analysis and support depend on the product, plan and authorised setup; any remediation is separately agreed.

Prospectly

Public product and trial route; plan and channel requirements apply.
The operational problem
Customer conversations across different inboxes need context, a reply and a clear next step.
What we built
A shared workspace for customer conversations, with reply assistance and automation options that depend on the plan and setup.
How we use it
We use Prospectly for our own customer-conversation work while productising it. Human review, queue ownership and handover arrangements still need to fit the workflow.
What you can access today
The public site provides product information, a tour, plans and a 14-day trial route. A card is required for trial registration, and channel connections and AI features have their own requirements.

Sean Tay, Founder and CEO of MatrixC
Sean TayFounder & CEO

A founder's perspective. A team delivery approach.

Sean Tay is the Founder and CEO of MatrixC. Since establishing the company in 2005, his work has spanned cloud infrastructure, collaboration, data and the practical use of AI in business.

His approach starts with the work a customer needs to improve: the information a team cannot find, the process that keeps slowing down or the tool that people have not adopted. Advice, implementation and training need to connect to that situation.

Sean guides MatrixC's direction. For a proposed engagement, we discuss the delivery roles, relevant experience and responsibilities with you as part of agreeing the scope.

A few questions before we talk.

Go straight to the point you need to clarify.

Can we start with one business problem?

Yes. Describe one task or difficulty and your current setup. We can use that conversation to identify what needs reviewing before recommending a workshop, assessment or implementation scope.

Who would work with our team?

Discuss the proposed delivery roles, relevant experience and responsibilities with us during scoping. The people involved depend on the services and skills your engagement requires.

Can you help us use the tools we already have?

Yes. We start with the systems and working habits already in your business. Options can include Google Workspace, Lark, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud and relevant backup, AI or data tools. Product fit, edition, access and service scope are confirmed for the engagement.

What happens after implementation or training?

Handover, follow-up and ongoing support depend on the agreed engagement. Ask us to include the support and adoption work you need when discussing the scope.

Where can we check your experience?

Follow the customer-story links, open our official Google partner profile and read the original Google Maps reviews. Each source shows a different part of our experience: project delivery, partner credentials or participant feedback.

Can we use the products MatrixC built?

Current access differs. STAX has a public advisor and assessments, with deployments scoped individually. GCP AuditGlance has a free-entry route, and Workspace AuditGlance has its own product information. Prospectly publishes a tour, plans and trial details. Check the applicable setup and terms before choosing.

Is RECQA Circle one of MatrixC’s products?

RECQA Circle is a product of Unoya Sdn Bhd. We include it within the learning and community options relevant to MatrixC customers, with membership and resource access confirmed for the particular community.

Tell us where the work gets stuck.

Bring one task, your current systems and the result you need to assess. We can discuss the business requirements, architecture, implementation and adoption work that belong in the scope.
